By filling out the form below you request to get access to eLearning courses with a price. The cost for the course will be invoiced to your employer. Before you get access your request must first be authorized. By filling out this form you agree that Interspiro / our distributor contacts your employer for confirmation, when relevant.

If you employer not is part of the pre-defined drop down list choose "Other" and write the name of you employer. 

You will receive an e-mail when your request has been approved and you can complete your check-out of the courses in the eLearning.
